Biography

Orchestral and Operatic conductor, Maestra Aline Sardão is a native of Brazil. She began her Electric Bass studies at the age of seventeen under the tutelage of Ivani Sabino, and at the age of eighteen, she won the competition for young instrumentalists offered by Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, being awarded with an invitation to attend an instrument course at that institution.
Maestra Sardão holds a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from The Azusa Pacific University in the Studio of Christopher Russell.
In addition to being Music Director and Conductor of Northkirk Presbyterian Church, Aline has served as Music Director and Conductor of Orange County Symphony and the Performer’s Academy of Orange County for two seasons (2016-18).
In 2017, Maestra Sardao was the Conductor Fellow of the California Philharmonic Orchestra, working alongside Maestro Victor Vener at Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Aline Sardão has most recently been appointed the Music Director and Conductor of Inland Opera, and The Director of the Nineteen Street Theater, where she directs Musical Theatre productions.
Maestra Aline has conducted orchestras and ensembles in Europe, Brazil and United States.
Aline is also engaged in teaching, offering master classes and private lessons in Orange County, CA
