Biography

Originally from the Bay Area, Cole Perez is a multifaceted violinist with experience in performing and working in orchestral, chamber music, solo, and studio settings. He has worked in recording sessions at Skywalker Sound, Fantasy Studios, and Warner Brothers Studios. He currently serves as Concertmaster for the Bob Cole Conservatory Symphony, and has played with the American Youth Symphony and Debut Chamber Orchestra. Throughout his musical studies, Cole has received numerous coachings and masterclasses from notable musicians, including members of the Kronos Quartet, Telegraph Quartet, Alexander String Quartet, Argus Quartet, Aizuri Quartet, and Baumer String Quartet. In addition to performing, he teaches a wide age range of students both privately and at various public schools. Cole recently received his Bachelor's of Music degree in Violin Performance at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB, and is continuing to attend CSULB for his graduate studies.
