Biography

Mario A. Redondo Luna, born and raised in Mexicali, B.C., Mexico, brings a rich and diverse background in music to our school. Before moving to California in 2017, he had the honor of singing the Mexican and U.S. National Anthems at international collegiate sports events, showcasing his vocal talents on a grand stage.

Mario constantly performs in various outlets such as mariachi, choirs, musical theater, opera, and more, making him a versatile performer. He has an impressive track record in singing competitions and has also led masterclasses across Los Angeles County and Ventura County, sharing his passion for music with other aspiring singers. His dedication to his craft is evident in his numerous performances, including his annual participation in the Disneyland Candlelight Processional.

Currently, Mario is pursuing a Vocal Performance degree with a minor in Marketing at the prestigious Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at California State University, Long Beach. A transfer from Moorpark College, he actively participates in various ensembles and organizations on campus, including the University Choir, Mariachi Ensemble, and Mu Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Mario is a proud recipient of the Patrick Pritchard Endowed Scholarship and the Dramatic Allied Arts Guild Scholarship.

Mario believes in the transformative power of music and is committed to creating a stress-free, gratitude-filled learning environment for his students. He invites all to experience the joy and sacredness of sharing music with an audience.
