Biography

My name is Keely and I am a vocalist with a focus in Opera. I have been performing musically since childhood and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance at CSU Long Beach. I have a unique experience and perspective when it comes to teaching and performing due to the fact that I am permanently Disabled. This has allowed me to gain the lived experiences necessary to connect with and relate to other Disabled musicians in a field in which we are often excluded.

I have experience offering vocal coaching to autistic and otherwise Disabled music scholars, and it brings me great joy to do so. My ultimate goal is to continue performing and show other marginalized musicians that there is space for us in this industry.
